- Single dumbbell: 15.7 inches long for curls, presses and one-handed work.
- Light barbell mode: 39.3 inches total length for bench presses, bent-over rows and light squats.
- Heavy-duty barbell mode: 41.3 inches long for heavier lifting.
- Plate diameters: 7.48 in (2 kg), 7 in (1.5 kg) and 6.88 in (1.25 kg).
- Handle rods have red non-slip grip sections and a polyethylene outer surface.
