Use the size chart to match your under bust band (for example, size 34 fits 29 to 31 inches) and your cup, which is based on the difference between over bust and under bust measurements (cup A is 3.5 to 4.5 inches, cup B is 4.5 to 5.5 inches, cup C is 5.5 to 6.5 inches). Each unit is one bra.
