Care: hand-wash, then air-dry in a shaded area. Do not put it in the dishwasher. Keep it off a hot stove, since prolonged high heat can warp or crack bamboo. Refresh the surface with fine-grit sandpaper and a thin coat of food-grade mineral oil.
