This is a two-pack of 4-inch rubber eraser wheels for removing decals, pinstripes, adhesive residue, and vinyl stickers from car bodies and other smooth surfaces. Each wheel is a solid yellow rubber disc with a metal shank that fits a drill. Mount a wheel on the drill, then run it over the decal at low speed. The wheels are marked with a stop use line and a maximum speed of 4000 RPM, so keep the drill at or below that limit.
