The set includes five coarse black heads for hard skin and old heel calluses, and four fine gray heads for daily foot care. The heads are made of plastic with a quartz sand grit. The black coarse heads measure about 5.93 cm (2.34 in) long and 2.09 cm (0.82 in) across at the base. The photos show the heads can be rinsed under running water to clean them. The electric grinder itself is not included.
