The square containers hold 150 ml (5 oz), 320 ml (10.8 oz), 520 ml (17.6 oz) and 800 ml (27.1 oz). The rectangular containers hold 200 ml (6.8 oz), 370 ml (12.5 oz), 640 ml (21.6 oz) and 1040 ml (35.2 oz). Outside dimensions run from 3.97 x 3.97 x 2.04 inches up to 8.14 x 6.06 x 2.75 inches.

Product Description
Each container has a removable silicone seal and a snap-locking lid for an airtight, leakproof fit. The photos show the containers as microwave, freezer, refrigerator and dishwasher safe, but the lids are not included in those ratings, so remove the lids before heating or washing. The set stacks neatly and suits meal prep, picnics, and storing fruit, leftovers and ingredients.
