This 20G horseshoe nose ring has two heart-cut cubic zirconia gems, one at each end, set on a titanium hoop. Choose a 7mm or 8mm inner diameter, measured from the piercing hole to the bottom of the nose as the sizing guide shows. The ring is 0.8mm thick and its threaded opening measures 0.6mm, so screw both ends in evenly and gently.
