Slide the matching adapter over the tie rod, click the tool and adapter together, then turn it with a 1/2-inch ratchet or impact wrench. The long handle reaches inner tie rods with wrench flats that sockets and wrenches cannot access. Each unit is one 13-piece tie rod removal tool set.
