This rolling utility cart is a storage cart with a top tray, a pull-out drawer beneath it, and open baskets below. The 3-tier model has two baskets under the top tray, and the 4-tier model adds a third. The frame and baskets are full-body plastic, and the wheels are plastic and metal. Four 360-degree swivel casters roll it easily, and two of them have brakes to hold it in place. Two side cups and four hooks are included for brushes, hair dryers, or small supplies.
