The rod adjusts in height from 66 cm to 110 cm (25.9 to 43.3 inches). The base has four legs with 360-degree swivel casters that lock, so the cart stays put when you stop.
The box includes the tray, metal base, two-part connecting rod, support device, iron ring, knob screw, long screw, four wheels, and a tool for assembly. Assembly is shown step by step in the photos.
