These are four tire pressure indicator valve caps. Each cap screws onto a tire's valve stem in place of the standard cap and shows tire pressure through color: green means pressure is normal, yellow means it is about 10% below standard, and red means it is about 25% below standard.

Product Description
To install, twist off the existing tire valve cap and screw the indicator cap on by hand. Once installed, the cap shows green when the tire is at the right pressure.
Each unit is one set of four tire pressure indicator valve caps.
