This is a black padded nylon dip belt with a steel chain, used to add weight to pull-ups, dips and squats. The belt measures 79 cm (31.1 in) long and 18 cm (7.09 in) wide, and the chain is 90 cm (35.43 in) long. Steel D-rings sit on the belt: the chain attaches to one, and the loose end passes through the opposite one. The waist fastens with a hook-and-loop strap, and the belt is one size fits all with an adjustable waist.
